Despatch
Orders are shipped promptly after clearance of funds.
Customs
Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Rights
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods simply email or phone us and we will arrange return or replacement of goods. Goods returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and are returned at the customer's expense.
If for some reason you wish for your order to be cancelled please contact us at information@manukahoney.co.nz, we will try and help you as best we can.
When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. SummerGlow Apiaries Ltd will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items after delivery unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.
